In today's daily munchy, I share my thoughts on the benefits of spending alone time. Our thoughts are clouded most of the time and due to our daily schedules managing life and work we rarely get time to sit with ourselves to give these thoughts either some ponder or some space to dissipate. A lot of time that I spent over the past few months mostly over the weekends with myself helped me become more aware of my mind and the things I can achieve.
“Daily Munchy on the Chalkmeout Podcast” (aka “Morning Munchies”) is a thrice a week podcast that aims at rekindling some of our hardcoded values, thoughts, rituals and habits. There's so much that goes on in our life in 24 hours of being who we are and being who others want us to be that sometimes we forget who we want to be. The job Narayanan wishes to accomplish here is very simple, what would it take for us to function as a unit individually, tapping into our deepest fears, our mundane routines and thoughts that we barely take action on. This is not a motivational podcast. This is about exploring possibilities and never settling with what life throws at us. #chalkmeoutwithrayn
